Really interesting paper - very comprehensive study. Concerned by lack of limitations acknowledged. Also, arbitrary animal numbers, which are sometimes unclear and actual effect size of results not clear at all. I prefer the actual p-value to be stated (rather than p<0.05, for example), and they switch between the two throughout.
